The hotel room was excellent with nice touches, such as a coffee machine.
This hotel is in its infancy, but should not excuse the poor service we received as well as the quality of food in the restauratns. We had our evening meal fully imbursed but still this did not make up for the spoilt evening with an anatgonist chef, receptionist and poor waitressing and terrible food. If you wish to come for peace and quiet, then this is not the place with loud music at the pool. We had to ask for it to be turned off, which the pool staff (better than the rest) duly did.

New hotel, modern and nice rooms
Staff are mixed.Aarabic speaking staff were very good. However, rest of asian staff were horrible. When I went to hotel restaurant for buffet, restaurant staff rejected for me to go to restaurant and told me you have to reserve before and restaurant is full now and I saw that restaurant was not full. I told how you can reject hotel guest? When I complained to Arabic staff he surprised and after 10 minutes I was inn. Another problem with hotel is room service. I ordered room service on 3 am morning and most of the things were not available. Another problem is location, where you can not find taxis. And taxis can only be ordered through hotel where we have to wait for 15 minutes.

Brand new, beautiful hotel. Impressive sized rooms with big balcony and huge bathtub. Helpful staff.
Hotel is right on a major highway...sitting on the balcony is very noisy but glass is sound proof so room is quiet. Nothing else in and around the area except the hotel.

It was a modern and spotless hotel with an outdoor restaurant. The location was central, very close to the Corniche, Grand Mosque, Mangroves and farther afield and the centre and restaurants and cafes.

The location was marvellous and beautiful for visiting bars and cafes next to the hotel. The staff were amicable whole time of my stay.
Even though everything was perfect, some of the staff were a little grumpy.

A Perfect Relaxing Retreat
Our getaway was enchanting! The peaceful ambiance was complemented by good evenings at Impressions, where sunsets were amazing. Particularly at the Mangroves Lounge. For an extra treat, don't miss the relaxing pool views. Highly recommend staying here!

Excellent view at the back on the pool and the mangroves. Nice bedroom spacious & well decorated. Location mid way between the airport & the corniche (easy access to the convention center). Huge breakfast buffet, very good.
They try to mix an offer of business hotel, convention hotel and tourism hotel. In 6 days, we've seen 3 evenings with big dinners organised around the pool which resulted in a 'closing' of the pool or certain areas of it for the whole day. Definitively not a hotel for tourism only. Still some technical problems resulting from the recent opening (no hot water in the shower, coffee machine not working, fitness temperature too high etc.... frankly, they need to review their overall management if they want to be a five star hotel

The Balmy breeze and fine views from our Beautiful Mangroves Balcony were just the cherry on top of our culinary adventure! Ba Te Restaurant served up some lovely eats-make sure you dive into their menu for a flavor explosion. Plus, the staff? Absolutely great, a total game changer for our experience!
Just don't expect to sleep like a baby if the lights decide to dance in the middle of the night!

Everything was v.good, the veiw was stunning, room sizes and toilet was excellent.. I would diffenetly go back if they dnt increase there prices.
I didnt like the fact that there is only one entrance to the hotel wich is only throught the lobby, if u want to go to the gym or the swimming pool u have to pass through the lobby!!! Also once u enter the lobby three stuff are waiting infront of the entrance immediatly... They r thr to help but its abit annoying ... U just feel like u want to say leave me alone.... Food in the outdoor cafe is not served after 10.30 and there service was extremly slow, i had to go to the cashier to pay him just to make things faster...
